And if you find rolling difficult , you can use a polythese sheet to roll .<br /><br />Also , some people mix some whole wheat atta to the cornmeal for easy rolling of the roti , you can try this way with your corn rawa... Winters used to bring bajra/makki ki roti in addition to usual rotis... Bajre ki roti with gud-ghee :) Not much fond of sweets, but gud-ghee used to be regular in winters with any roti, and I just loved it....... There we used to have homemade makke ka aata which used to be white in colour, guess makka we get there is different.
