Neways... if u want a taste like that then u should add Paste of one fried onion in this recipie when the mutton is 70% cooked.... U wil definately get that taste... do try this... Amchoor or lemon juice would be too sour and would kill a sweetish tinge the sauce has due to the fried onions added.
